A comprehensive hormone panel plus thyroid and metabolic markers, because the symptoms overlap. Drawn on-site for convenience or sent to an outside lab if you'd rather. Results in about two days, reviewed with you line by line. Sarah treats based on your symptoms, not only a number on a lab report.

Bioidentical hormones when appropriate, dosed to bring you back toward where you felt like yourself — not a generic number. It isn't birth control and it isn't fertility treatment. If hormones aren't right for you, non-hormonal options for sleep, hot flashes and mood are on the table too.
For him
Most men choose injections, given in person; cream and gel are also options. Closer follow-up at first while the dose is dialed in, then less often once you're stable. Sometimes ED is addressed with testosterone, sometimes with an ED-specific medication in office, sometimes both.

- Medication filled by our partner compounding pharmacy and shipped to you, or sent to your local pharmacy to use your insurance. Same program price either way

Start monthly and switch anytime. Testosterone is dispensed in supplies of up to 90 days, so prepaid plans ship every 3 months. That's why they cost less.

A $125 deposit, half of your first month, holds your 60-minute first appointment. It goes toward your program.

If a sick visit needs a prescription, it goes to your pharmacy; pharmacy costs are separate. Men's add-on medications are priced separately and only used when your labs and symptoms call for them.
Labs are separate, so you only pay for what you need.
Bring bloodwork from the last 6 months and Sarah will review it at no charge, use an order at Quest or LabCorp through your own insurance, or have a panel drawn in the office at one flat price, quoted before you book.
This is a cash-pay membership program, not insurance, and it does not replace primary or emergency care. Hormone therapy is not appropriate for everyone and individual results vary. Compounded medications are prepared by a state-licensed pharmacy and are not FDA-approved. Testosterone is a controlled substance dispensed in supplies of up to 90 days. Cancel anytime: your next scheduled payment is cancelled and you keep access through the period you've paid for; payments already made, including prepaid quarterly and annual plans, are non-refundable. Telehealth is available to patients located in Illinois. Pricing subject to change.
