Most hormone clinics make you call to find out. Here's the actual number, published, before you ever pick up the phone. Updated September 28, 2026.
In short: At Restoration Healthcare, hormone therapy for men and women is one flat program: $250 a month, or as little as $200 a month if you prepay for the year. That covers your visits, your hormone regimen and medication, a monthly B12 injection, and messaging with Sarah. There's no enrollment fee and no separate first-visit fee: a $125 deposit holds your 60-minute first appointment and goes toward your program. Labs are priced separately, and no insurance is billed.
Why so few hormone clinics publish a price
Search for hormone therapy anywhere near Hinsdale and you'll notice a pattern: almost nobody shows you a number. Most sites ask you to book a call, fill out a form, or sit through a consultation before anyone will tell you what anything costs. That's a reasonable business decision for a lot of clinics, but it isn't a reasonable way to shop for your own healthcare.
The actual price at Restoration Healthcare
Restoration Hormone Program: $250 / month, cancel anytime
Prepaid quarterly: $675 every 3 months ($225 / month)
Prepaid annually: $2,400 a year ($200 / month)
First visit: $125 deposit, applied to your program
Enrollment fee: None
Lab testing: Priced separately; bring recent labs, use your insurance, or draw in the office
Insurance billed: No. Cash-pay, prices published
The program includes a 60-minute first visit, monthly 15-minute follow-ups in person or by telehealth (spacing to every 3 months once you're stable, same price), your customized hormone regimen, a monthly B12 injection, and dose adjustments and secure messaging between visits. Your medication can be filled by a partner compounding pharmacy and shipped to you, or sent to your own pharmacy so you can use your insurance. The program price is the same either way.
What the first year actually costs
Paying month to month, a full year of the program is $3,000. Prepay quarterly and it's $2,700. Prepay for the year and it's $2,400, a $600 savings. Your $125 first-visit deposit is part of those totals, not an extra fee. The only other costs are the ones you choose or your labs call for: lab work, and add-ons like weight loss medication.
How that compares locally
At least one other hormone practice in the Hinsdale area publishes a price: $600 for an initial visit and $300 a month after that. Restoration Healthcare has no separate initial-visit fee and a lower monthly price, with the hormone regimen itself included, published the same way: up front, before you book anything.
"One flat price for your visits, your medication, and your support. No enrollment fee. No buy-in. Cancel anytime."
What's priced separately
Lab work is kept separate so you only pay for what you need; bloodwork from the last 6 months is reviewed at no charge. Medical weight loss (semaglutide or tirzepatide) starts at $150 a month for program members. Sick visits are $35 for members, and Botox® and Dysport® are $13 and $5 per unit for members. Common questions
Does insurance cover hormone therapy at Restoration Healthcare?
Restoration Healthcare is cash-pay and does not bill insurance, which is how the price can be published up front. If you would like, your hormone prescription can be sent to your local pharmacy so you can use your own insurance for the medication, at the same program price.
Is there a separate fee for the first visit?
No separate fee. A $125 deposit, half of your first month, holds your 60-minute first visit, and it goes toward your $250 monthly program.
Is medication included in the monthly price?
Yes, your hormone regimen is included in the $250 monthly program. Lab work, weight loss medication, men's add-ons and Botox or Dysport are priced separately and published.
